History buffs will find Guadalmina a treasure and a treat to explore. San Pedro, a sunny historic town is protected from clouds by the Sierra Blanca mountains, and is surrounded by gorgeous vegetation. Marbella , only minutes away is also a treat, housing the first mosque to be built that post-dates the re-conquest of Spain by the Catholic monarchy.
The three nearby beaches, including Guadalmina Beach, San Pedro beach, and Linda Vista beach all draw a variety of tourists and locals, and feature many waters sports and chiringuitos that serve fried fish and seafood as well as cold beer and other beverages right on the beach.
Golfers will also find Guadalmina a great destination. Three courses, including two full length 18 hole courses with gorgeous landscaping and design as well as another nine hole practice course all grace the immediate Guadalmina area.
